Behaviors?

  • He needs to be reminded to use his inside voice because he becomes very passionate when speaking.

  •  Aaron has a habit of continuing an action/task even when asked to stop, and will give various excuses as to why what he was doing was necessary.

  •  Aaron has a habit of loudly exclaiming “aww” or & “oh yay” (in a sarcastic tone) when he is asked to do something he would rather not do.

  •  He has a passion for cars. Therefore, he continuously talks about cars and creates all these stories of him driving cars. He is very detailed when explaining his stories of what happened the night before when he drove his cars. (He does not drive, he has a great imagination of him driving/fixing cars)

  • He internally puts himself down when he realizes he didn’t do the task the “correct” way, causing him to think he isn’t doing the job right. However, once an explanation is given/feedback to improve, his attitude changes and it helps motivate him to want to do better.

  • He likes to work using his phone during lunch/in the car, he likes to draw cars (coach’s car) and has a passion to talk about cars.

  • He needs to be reminded to not speak with food in his mouth and use a napkin to clean his fingers, as he likes to lick his fingers.

  • He needs to be reminded to actually eat his food, as he enjoys conversation during lunch.

  • Confidence- needs to speak up when communicating with others (he becomes very self-conscious)

  • Customer Service- needs to greet customers on his own as he tends to become too focused on completing the task and forgets to greet/provide customer service.

  • Listening- he has a habit of continuing an action/task even when asked to stop, and will give various excuses as to why what he was doing was necessary.
