He is very repetitive and wants constant approval on what is going on/what he is talking about. (redirect him by using 3-2- 1 and a high five to move on)
He likes to have the last word and asks for constant approval if he is doing it correctly or asks if it is okay for him to think/be a particular way. (Give an
explanation to him and reference the explanation to the workforce.)
He is very expressive when other members of the group behave inappropriately and yells “Oh dear” and gasps very loudly covering his hands over his mouth.

He likes to sit in the front seat.
He likes to purchase small items at our lunch location (he occasionally orders small fries or a cookie).
He enjoys talking about movies/books. (He is very knowledgeable about several actors, authors, etc.)
He likes to collect the living dead dolls and enjoys when you ask him about them.
He likes to listen to the song “My immortal”, and “Snow White Queen” by Evanescence.
Restroom Accidents? No
He likes to drink his water too fast, causing him to cough. Remind him to slowly drink his water in 2-3 sips and take a bit of his food before drinking his water again.
He likes to stare at others food, gesturing for them to offer food to him. I remind him that we don’t ask for food, we can accept food if they only offer.
3 areas that your participants should focus on?
Patience- he becomes very overwhelmed or frustrated with the other participants when they don’t listen to the job coach or don’t complete a task correctly. He becomes upset when other consumers are not following instruction or being disruptive.
Speed- He is very calm when working and needs a reminder to work efficiently and make most of the time when we are working. He takes his time completing a simple task.
Personal Space- He tends to come close to individuals when speaking to them. He thinks by moving closer, they will better understand what he is trying to tell them.
Patience and constant motivation is all that is needed with him.
