WHAT IS IMPORTANT TO ME

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW & DO TO SUPPORT ME
Eye Contact is very important when it comes to effective communications. You can help me by setting clear expectations during my pre-meeting to make sure that I always give you and anyone I communicate with--eye contact. If I forget, remind me and have me try again.
I do a wonderful job changing my handkerchief throughout the day as needed. I use it to wipe my mouth but sometimes, I’ll leave it in my mouth. You can help me by gesturing me to wipe my mouth when I need to, as well as taking it out of my mouth when needed.
Staying With Group:
It is important to stay with my group. If you find that I have walked off without communicating with you first, you can help me by reminding me of the importance of communicating if I need to go somewhere.
