Communication:

  • Having a job requires a lot of communication with my customers, coworkers, coach, and managers. I can get overwhelmed at times and this could lead to me yelling very loudly. You can help me by making sure to set clear expectations and front loading.

  •  Customer service is very important and I love to make sure that my guests have a great experience. At times, I might forget that personal space is also important. Please help me by front-loading me before I interact with customers.

Quiet Mouth:

  • Sometimes I can get loud without realizing how it can affect those around me. You can help me by setting clear expectations and gesturing me to have a quiet mouth as needed. Remind me of the importance of always having self-awareness and how yelling can affect customer service.
