Crystal gets very uncomfortable easily and will not communicate her needs or things that make her uncomfortable. She may become shy when being in the spotlight, but praising, motivating, and telling her she can do it will enable her to build self-confidence.

  • Crystal enjoys talking about sports whether it’s with her coach or friends. This is her biggest motivator.
