JOB TITLE: Del Taco/ El Pollo Loco

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

MANAGER'S NAME:

EMPLOYEE ID #: 00-4089

WHAT IS IMPORTANT TO ME

  • I like to buy food after my shift.

  • I tend to get worried/overthink easily and might feel like everyone is against me, get to know me and I will gladly tell you about myself and my interests.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW & DO TO SUPPORT ME

Positive Attitude:

  • Sometimes, life can be stressful and I might forget the importance of remaining positive. You can help me by praising me and redirecting me to continue to do a great job. It is nice to be reminded of how good of a job I am doing.

Stress Management:

  • I have many responsibilities as I now work two jobs! Although I understand all the tasks I need to get done, it can get overwhelming sometimes. I might ask you to help me with a certain task while I do another task, but please remind me that you are here to help me gain the skills to be able to handle it on my own. Remind me that we can take things one at a time and have a great sense of urgency.

Following instructions:

  • I have my own style of doing things and at times, I might do things differently than the instructions given. You can help me by explaining the importance of following restaurant policies and standards. I might not understand or agree with you at that moment, but I will realize that the company is held accountable for any wrongdoing on my part.

Team Player:

  • I previously mentioned that I tend to think that everyone is against me. This steers me away and as a result, I might feel negative. Please help me realize that not everyone is against me and encourages me to be more open-minded about working well with others.
