Daily Tasks:

● Collects carts
● Does go backs
● Refills fridge like milk gallons/ creamers/ eggs
● Facing/fronting

Special Instructions:

● Cleans windows and shelves when needed
● Collects any carts or baskets that are in the aisles
● Helps customers with opening the restroom

Areas of Improvement:

● Confidence
● Paying attention to the little details when doing facing and fronting and not skipping through it so fast
● Remembering what items go in what aisles
● Working with Urgency

Additional Information:

Then he starts his shift by gathering carts and baskets from the registers. After that, he checks the registers for any go-backs and when completed he checks the fridge and refills the milk and eggs. He checks carts every 30 mins depending on how busy it is and then checks for any go-backs at the registers. After that, he goes back to check the milk and the eggs as well as continues gathering carts and baskets from the aisles.
