Daily Tasks:

·Lindsey will clock in using the barcode on her Home Depot app. She no longer needs to wear a mask during work or complete a health check, subject to change in the future. She has her Home Depot apron and materials in her locker. Locker number: 308, Combination: 37-19-09.

· Lindsey will report to one of her managers or supervisors by the cash register, at the front of the store who will then send her to garden.

·She will greet every customer and provide good customer service. Lindsey has the Home Depot app on her phone to look up the aisle numbers and items in the store to assist customers.

·She will check in with the garden supervisor and she will be assigned to take over someone else’s tasks.

·Lindsey will sweep all around the garden department. (dirt, flower petals under the sections)

·Lindsey will water specific sections of the garden department that she is assigned to using one of the hoses that pull down from the top of the aisles. She was given gloves to keep her hands from getting dirty. Encourage her to keep them in her locker.

·Organize the soil if needed and if everything else is finished.

·Lindsey needs to always keep busy and check in with the garden supervisor
if she needs something to do. (ask about go-backs to help her become
familiar with the products and the aisles)

·Lindsey will check in and take a 15-minute break at some point during her
shift.

·Please Note: Lindsey has to complete her In-Focus Training before the 10th
of every month. It is an 8-question quiz on safety, to be completed on the
computer at work.

·Sometimes I have a difficult time focusing at work and I feel like work is
going by slow, when this happens please redirect me and encourage me for
what I am working for! I want to move into a place of my own and save up
for my wedding in the near future. I also want more hours and
responsibilities at work.

·Sometimes I feel shy and don’t want to engage in conversation with
customers, please motivate me and encourage me to ask customers if they
need help and to ask how the customer’s day is going to strike a
conversation! I can be an excellent communicator.

·When I get excited or energetic, I tend to have conversations that are non-
work-related. Please redirect me to focus!

· I want to make healthy choices and decisions for food while I am working! I
am working towards my goal weight and to look good for my wedding.

the vending machine.
