Uniform (Dress Code):

· Black EPL T-Shirt
· Black pants
· Black belt,
· Black socks
· Black slip-resistant shoes
· EPL hat and name tag

Daily Tasks:

-Mauricio walks in and greets his co-workers and managers. He will wash his hands for 20 seconds and then he proceeds to clock -in by the nearest cash register by entering his employee ID number.

-Mauricio starts gathering the tools he needs to clean the parking lot (broom, dust pan, large plastic bag, bucket with water and liquid soap, squeegee broom and green cleaning cloths).

-Mauricio will sweep the parking lot and dumpster area, he then will scrub the front door area with water & soap, he will continue in cleaning the fingerprints in the glass front and back door, and will finish in cleaning the tables in the patio/setting area. Mauricio must wear gloves when handling trash.

-Mauricio will wash his hands again and start taking care of the lobby. He will check/sanitize every table and sweep the floor if needed.

-Mauricio will wash his hands again and check the restrooms. He will also restock the toilet paper or paper towels, and soap if needed.

-Mauricio will wash his hands again and start gathering what he needs to pack salsas. He needs small plastic cups, lids, and an empty container to put the salsa cups.

-Mauricio will start with the creamy avocado salsa. He needs to do two containers. He will ask his manager if he needs to pack more salsa.

-Mauricio started helping with packing tortillas (2 tortillas per bag).

Special Instructions:

Job coach can write instructions and praise for Mauricio. It is recommended to use gestures when communicating with Mauricio

Areas of Improvement:

Mauricio likes to take care of things before the coach is done giving/writing the instructions. It is important to remind Mauricio to wait until someone is finished talking before walking away, start working, etc.

Additional Information:
