HOW IT WORKS

Hiring a Participant

CM will set up an interview where you will get the chance to discuss the participant's skills, qualifications, and motives to work! Once you have decided to move forward with the hiring process, the participant will be ready to start work. We will assign a job coach to support the participant every step of the way. You will only be responsible for paying your employee (the participant) and not the coach. 

CM Provides:

  • Pre-screened and pre-qualified applicants who are capable of doing the job RIGHT!

  • Dedicated employees who come to work on time, provide great customer service, and get the job done correctly.

  • Friendly hard workers who stay at their jobs and want to work. 

  • Support from a dedicated professional job coach who is there to ensure the job gets done. (CM covers insurances and fees for coaches)
