Behaviors?

Licks his fingers and tries to clean areas around him or touch his face. Points to genitals when he needs to use the restroom or sometimes begins to scratch. Redirect him to use his words. Assist him using the WORD by WORD method, “I need the restroom, please." Closes eyes for long periods of time. May use the restroom as an escape from group activity must redirect him “first this (say the activity you are doing), then restroom. His restroom time needs to be monitored. When overwhelmed John may begin to yell, redirect him and offer a break of 1 to 2 minutes from the group, he will comply.

Reinforcers/special interests that will motivate participant?

Lunch, front seat, going home

Restroom Accidents?

No, needs to be front loaded a few times before using the restroom to not touch the toilet water after using the restroom. An indicator that he has been doing so is if the toilet seat is wet. He also needs to be reminded to use soap and have dry hands. Have him use hand sanitizer as well.

Eating habits?

Good eating habits. Needs to be reminded to take small sips of water (slow down).

Special tips/instructions?

Diabetic on a sugar-free diet (may cause lack of energy). Constantly praising John will motivate him to want to participate during any given task or activity.
