WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
& DO TO SUPPORT ME
I have the tendency to mumble instead of answering with clear sentences, encourage me to try again.
I avoid having eye contact with you and others, redirect to do this.
I may need a reminder to look at my best for work.
I need help engaging with customers whether it’s by greeting or asking them how they are doing.
“Get on Track” Chart:
I use a chart to remind me of my grooming/dress code, communication, and customer service. Please review this with me daily even when I don’t have a work shift.
