 Luis is very impatient and easily can get frustrated when other participants take a while doing a task. He will want to take over and do it for them. He may get distracted and talk about other subjects that are not work related.

Reinforcers/special interests that will motivate participant?

Reminding him that he is a team leader and team leaders are patient with others. Acknowledge him and praise him that he knows more than others but he needs to be a teamplayer and allow others to participate. Luis is a very happy participant and he can work for front seat or to listen to spanish music.
