WHAT IS IMPORTANT TO ME

  • I like to work for a daily score of 3 for the day.

  • Having my Dad know that I did a good job, I get a reward for it!

  • I love receiving praise when I do a good job!

  • I love to listen and sing along to Lincoln Park!

  • I like to pick the lunch location after the first worksite.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW & DO TO SUPPORT ME

Staying Focused:

  • I sometimes need help staying focused on the task, you can help me by praising me for the good job that I am doing or by reminding me about what I’m working for.

Customer Service:

  • I need to be reminded to provide customer service when customers are walking by, either greeting them or asking if they need help.

No Spelling Out Bad Words/No Making Faces:

  • I need you to remind me that I can’t be doing these things at work because it’s unprofessional, remind me what I am working for.

Using Words:

  • Sometimes when I need help I forget to ask, so if you ask me to use my words or if I need something this will help to ask for your help.

Personal Space:

  • When I begin to lose focus sometimes I invade yours or my peers’ personal space if I begin to do this remind me what I am working for.

Staying With The Group:

  • In that past I have eloped from my group, even though I haven’t done it in a while it’s still important that you remind me where I need to be.
