CM Coach
Position: Job/Activity Coach
Schedule: Monday - Friday. Hours vary (approx 30 hours/week).
Location: Surrounding cities in Orange County. We match you close to where you live.
Travel Required: Surrounding cities in Orange County. CM compensates for mileage (IRS rate)

The Position:
We're looking for Motivators to help our participants grow personally and
professionally within their community. You will help adults with disabilities maintain
inclusiveness in our society. You will support their needs with fitness, health, life balance,
shopping, and work.

You will support and motivate your participant/s throughout the day.

You will be a Motivator and believe that your participants can achieve success!

You will complete a detailed recap of the day to share with CM and families via email.
