He is very talkative and it is very difficult to understand what he says. He enjoys bringing multiple snacks for the day, but you must monitor his sugar intake. He sneaks out treats from his house. He also tends to take off his belt, name tag, and untuck his shirt after pick up. You must remind him that that is unacceptable, and he must be in dress code at all times. very touchy…. Likes to talk about other things outside work. Loses focus easily.
Reinforcers/special interests that will motivate participant?
Cumbia music, dancing, and going to the gym after program.
Restroom Accidents? No, but you must follow up with him after using restroom. He can be very messy, and forgets to put himself together properly.
He brings $5 for lunch daily, plus a snack bag. Limit his sugar intake for his own well being (not per home), and he does not require visuals just verbal prompting.
3 areas that your participants should focus on?
Using his words
Staying on dress code
Prompt him to use his words; he will communicate when coach is patient with him. Ramon likes to roll up his pants and shirt while at work. He needs to be reminded that , that is not appropriate for work.
