WHAT IS IMPORTANT TO ME

  • I love to listen to music. Ask me what my favorite songs are!

  • I love to sit in the front seat with the coach.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW & DO TO SUPPORT ME

Staying With The Group:

  • It is important that I stay with my group and follow the coach’s instructions. If you notice that I am walking away from the group, you can help by reminding me that I am a team leader and explain the importance of staying together at all times.

Customer Service:

  • Customer service is a big part of employment and I could use your help. I need help working on eye contact as well as providing great customer service to guests and customers. You can help me by reminding me that it is important to have eye contact in order to show effective communication and great customer service. You can practice the Four Core Customer Service skills with me and have me use it when I greet customers and managers at my worksites.

Being A Great Team Leader:

  • I love working to keep my title as Team Leader of my group. It is an important role and it comes with a lot of responsibilities. If I forget my duties, please remind me of how important my role is and that I need to help you out by continuing to set a great example for my group.

Respect:

  • At times, I forget the importance of always being respectful to others. I also need to work on respecting personal space. I am working on being respectful to others and remaining positive. You can help me by redirecting me and explaining to me the importance of being kind and getting along with others.
