WHAT IS IMPORTANT TO ME
I love my role as “Coaches Assistant” and I am very helpful with my group.
I am great at helping coach out with different tasks and activities.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW & DO TO SUPPORT ME
I am not very talkative, and I might not feel like talking if you try to communicate with me. You can help me by slowly getting to know me better and building rapport with me. I do not open up easily and can get overwhelmed when I feel surrounded. Sometimes, I just need my space. You can remind me to use my words and communicate with you if something is on my mind.
Put Phone Away:
It is important the I always remain professional while at program or worksites. Sometimes I forget that I need to put my phone away and stay focused on tasks or activities within the group. You can help me by instructing me to put my phone away.
