As part of your onboarding requirements, all new hires who are required to obtain a CPR &
First-Aid Certification (AED) must complete the certification outlined below.

This online CPR & First-Aid Certification course will teach you how to:

• Perform CPR

• Properly use an AED

• Apply basic First-Aid techniques

After Completion
 

Upon completion, upload your CPR certificate and receipt by clicking the button labeled
“Submit CPR & First Aid Card” on the previous page.
 

Reimbursement Information
 

Clear Motivations will reimburse you up to $15 for your CPR & First-Aid Certification after you
complete your 80-hour training period.

• Please keep your receipt for reimbursement purposes.

• Reimbursement is subject to completion of training requirements.
