As a Job Coach, you’ll be at the heart of this mission, guiding participants toward success in their careers and communities. Your role will directly impact lives, helping individuals unlock their potential, develop new skills, and thrive in the workforce.
Since 2013, Clear Motivations has helped 195 participants secure jobs at integrated, competitive worksites across the county. Our participants are hired directly by businesses—just like you and me—proving that everyone deserves the chance to succeed.

How It Works

CM will arrange an interview where you can meet the participant and discuss their skills, qualifications, and motivation for employment

If you choose to move forward, the participant will be ready to begin work immediately

A professional job coach will be assigned to support the participant at no cost to you
-
You are only responsible for paying your employee (the participant), not the job coach
HOW IT WORKS
Hiring a Participant
CM will set up an interview where you will get the chance to discuss the participant's skills, qualifications, and motives to work! Once you have decided to move forward with the hiring process, the participant will be ready to start work. We will assign a job coach to support the participant every step of the way. You will only be responsible for paying your employee (the participant) and not the coach.
CM Provides:

Pre-screened and pre-qualified applicants who are capable of doing the job RIGHT!

Dedicated employees who come to work on time, provide great customer service, and get the job done correctly.

Friendly hard workers who stay at their jobs and want to work.

Support from a dedicated professional job coach who is there to ensure the job gets done. (CM covers insurances and fees for coaches)

Location: Multiple cities across Orange County — including Fountain Valley, Stanton, Garden Grove, Santa Ana, Irvine, Tustin, Orange, Anaheim, Buena Park, Cypress, Fullerton, Placentia, Yorba Linda, and La Habra

What Makes a Great Job Coach?
We’re seeking passionate, positive, and dependable motivators who are ready to lead by example. If you love uplifting others and believe in focusing on abilities over disabilities, you’ll be right at home with us
Ideal Traits and Qualifications:

A natural encourager who inspires through praise, positivity, and compassion

Excellent communication and people skills

Organized, punctual, and reliable
-
Comfortable with technology (Gmail, shared calendars, contacts, GPS)

Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a bonus, but a big heart is a must!

High school diploma or equivalent (degrees in social services, psychology, or education a plus)
-
A valid CA driver’s license, current registration, and proof of insurance
-
Reliable vehicle that passes biannual inspections
-
Clean background and drug screening
-
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Schedule & Commitment
Monday-Friday: Typical shifts run from 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM
General Availability: Needed between 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
