Ideal Traits and Qualifications:

Inspirational Communicator: Natural encourager with excellent interpersonal skills.

Organized & Tech-Savvy: Reliable, punctual, and proficient in Gmail/Google Workspace.

Qualified Driver: Valid CA license, insurance, and a reliable vehicle.

Clearance: Must pass background and drug screenings.

Certifications: CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain).

Education: High school diploma required; social services or psychology degree preferred.

Experience: Heart for service is required; disability support experience is a plus.

Schedule & Commitment
Monday-Friday: Typical shifts run from 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM
General Availability: Needed between 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
