Personal Information Memorization Toolkit

This toolkit is designed to help participants memorize important contact and personal information, such as home address, parent/guardian phone number, workplace, and pay details. The activities are fun, repeatable, and adaptable to individual learning styles.

Activity 1: Flashcard Practice

Materials: Index cards or digital flashcards

Instructions: 

• Write a question on one side (e.g., “What is your home address?”) and the answer on the back.

• Practice daily, reviewing incorrect cards more frequently.

• Celebrate progress to build confidence.

Activity 2: Memory Matching Game

Materials: Printed cards with questions and answers

Instructions:

• Create pairs (question and matching answer).

• Mix them and lay them face down.

• Flip two cards at a time to find a match.

• Use personal questions like home address, phone numbers, and workplace.
