Scenario: Your day is done, your coach has left, and your ACCESS bus hasn’t arrived yet. What should you do?


  1. 📱 Always Have Your Cell Phone Make sure your phone is charged and with you every single day.

  2. 📞 Contact the Right Person If your coach has left and your bus is still not there, call your assigned scheduling coordinator.

  3. 🪑 Wait in the Safe Location Stay at (e.g) Tacos La Calle and wait patiently. ⚠️ Do not leave the area—your bus will not wait or come looking for you if you’re not there.
