🛡️ Solo Safety Activity: “Stay Aware, Stay Safe”

Here’s a self-guided Safety Awareness Activity designed for participants who are by themselves at a library, lunch area, or other quiet location. It’s reflective, simple, and takes about 10 minutes—perfect for unsupervised but purposeful time.

Objective: Practice awareness, personal safety thinking, and readiness while in a public space alone


Materials: Pen/paper or mobile device


Instructions: Take a few minutes to answer the following questions honestly. There are no right or wrong answers—this is about helping you feel more prepared and confident when you're alone in a public place.
