TB Test Requirement–
Required for New Hires

Hello Motivators!,

 

As part of your onboarding requirements, all new employees must meet the Tuberculosis (TB) test requirement, as outlined below.


Tuberculosis Test (TB)

 

  • TB tests are valid for three (3) years.

  • If you have not had a TB test within the last three years, you are required to complete one.

  • All clinics require a three-day turnaround to read the TB test.

    • It is important to return within this timeframe to ensure your results are valid.

    • Failure to do so may result in the test needing to be re-administered.

Important Information

 

  • The TB test fee is $30.

  • Please inform the clinic that you are with Clear Motivations.

  • Clear Motivations will reimburse up to $25 for the TB test after you have completed your 80-hour training period.

  • Please keep your receipt for reimbursement purposes.


Your Own Clinic

 

  • You may choose to visit your own clinic (which may be free).

  • Please ensure you receive your TB test results.


After Completion

 

  • Please upload your TB test results and receipt (if any) on the previous page.
