 Clear Motivations (CM) is a non-profit 501(c) organization that was founded in 2013 by former Special Education Educator, Norberto Colin, M.S.Ed. and Valerie Colin, LVN.

 Since 2013, Clear Motivations has successfully placed 80 participants with direct employment jobs within Orange County. All direct hire participants are hired directly through businesses, just like you and I. Clear Motivations believes that EVERYONE, with or without a disability deserves an equal opportunity to showcase their talents and reach their dreams.
