JOIN OUR TEAM Apply Now CM Coach Position: Job/Activity Coach Schedule: Monday - Friday. Hours vary ( approx 30 hours/week). Location: Surrounding cities in Orange County. We match you close to where you live. Travel Required: Surrounding cities in Orange County. CM compensates for mileage (IRS rate) About Us: Clear Motivations is a non-profit organization that assists individuals with disabilities to obtain direct employment within today's workforce! The Position: We're looking for Motivators to help our participants grow both personally and professionally within their community. You will help adults with disabilities maintain inclusiveness in our society. You will support their needs with fitness, health, life balance, shopping, and work. You will commit to providing our participants with the maximum opportunities to be. Integrated into the community and be part of today's workforce. You will support and motivate your participant/s throughout the day. You will be a Motivator and believe that your participants can achieve success! You will complete a detailed recap of the day to share with CM and families via email. What we offer: We provide excellent paid training and ongoing supervision to all of our coaches. CREATE A RESUME You will be using CANVA to create your resume. How to make your own resume using the CM resume template Step 1: After logging in, look for the CM resume template CM Resume Template Step 2: Click on then make a copy of the template Click on "Make a copy" Step 3: After making a new copy, rename the resume template Type in your participant's name Step 4: Open the file and fill out the form with your participant's information Examples of skills and abilities: 1) Customer service 2) Attention to detail 3)Teamwork 4) Organization 5) Reliable 6 Willing to learn new tasks 7) Adaptability to changes Note for coaches: Only use the participant's CM email created. Do not use the participant’s phone number. Use the participant’s Caseload manager’s number. If you don’t know, contact the Scheduling Department. Education: Start with Clear Motivations' work training program and then high school. Work experience: Start with their current job or internship site. If needed, reach out to the Scheduling Department to get that information. Internship sites count as work experience, too. Include if your participant is bilingual.
