These initiatives not only support skill development but also provide sustainable employment paths for individuals with disabilities Media & Marketing That Makes an Impact ExD-Exceeding Dreams ExD is Clear Motivations’ in-house Media and Marketing department, where creativity meets career development. This program hires participants who demonstrate interest or experience in digital media and helps them elevate their skills through hands-on training and real-world projects. Current team members, once equipped only with basic knowledge of social media and Photoshop, are now mastering a wide range of tools and techniques across the following fields: Social Media Management Website Maintenance Office & Secretarial Tasks Marketing Strategy Photography & Videography Graphic Design Broadcasting & Media Production Through ExD, participants gain technical expertise, professional confidence, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
