Clear Motivations is a community-based adult day program serving adults with disabilities. This Adult Employment Program helps integrate those with disabilities into the workforce. How to Enroll? 01 Express Your Interest Talk to your caseworker and let them know you're interested in joining Clear Motivations. A referral must be submitted by the Regional Center of Orange County 02 Intake Meeting After receiving the referral, we will contact you to schedule an intake meeting. If both CM and the individual agree that itâs a good fit, the individual must inform their caseworker of their decision 03 Confirm Your Decision The caseworker will notify CM that the individual is ready to move forward. CM will then send an electronic enrollment form 04 Final Review & Waitlist Placement Once the form is submitted and reviewed, the individual will be added to CMâs waiting list, organized by location Waitlist is currently closed Intake meetings are on hold, thank you for your consideration Frequently Asked Questions Curious about our programs or employment opportunities? To join Clear Motivations, participants must have an interest in working. Our core mission is to support individuals in becoming a part of today's workforce. What is the staff-to-participants ratio? Clear Motivations provides 1:1 job coaching support. Each participant is paired with a dedicated coach who offers continuous support throughout the day. How long will it take for my son/daughter/client to get hired? Every journey is different. Our goal is to equip each participants with the skills they need to secure employment. Some may progress more quickly than others, but we are committed to helping each participant find meaningful work. Do participants get paid? Yes, participants enrolled in the Paid Internship Program (PIP) or the Employment First (EF) program receive compensation. Interns in the PIP earn a competitive hourly wage, and those in the Employment First program are officially employed by a business and paid accordingly. Does Clear Motivations provide transportation? Yes, Clear Motivations provides transportation services to most cities within Orange County that fall within our coverage area.
