About Us Who We Are Clear Motivations (CM) is a nonprofit organization committed to empowering adults with disabilities throughout Orange County. Since our founding in 2013, we have focused on providing hands-on vocational training that connects our participants directly to meaningful employment opportunities. How It Works CM will arrange an interview where you can meet the participant and discuss their skills, qualifications, and motivation for employment If you choose to move forward, the participant will be ready to begin work immediately A professional job coach will be assigned to support the participant at no cost to you You are only responsible for paying your employee (the participant), not the job coach What We Provide Empowering Employers, Uplifting Workers At Clear Motivations, we connect you with dependable talent while removing the stress from the hiring process. CREATE A RESUME You will be using CANVA to create your resume. How to make your own resume using the CM resume template Step 1: After logging in, look for the CM resume template CM Resume Template Step 2: Click on then make a copy of the template Click on "Make a copy" Step 3: After making a new copy, rename the resume template Type in your participant's name Step 4: Open the file and fill out the form with your participant's information Examples of skills and abilities: 1) Customer service 2) Attention to detail 3)Teamwork 4) Organization 5) Reliable 6 Willing to learn new tasks 7) Adaptability to changes Note for coaches: Only use the participant's CM email created. Do not use the participant’s phone number. Use the participant’s Caseload manager’s number. If you don’t know, contact the Scheduling Department. Education: Start with Clear Motivations' work training program and then high school. Work experience: Start with their current job or internship site. If needed, reach out to the Scheduling Department to get that information. Internship sites count as work experience, too. Include if your participant is bilingual.
