CREATE A RESUME You will be using CANVA to create your resume. How to make your own resume using the CM resume template Step 1: After logging in, look for the CM resume template CM Resume Template Step 2: Click on then make a copy of the template Click on "Make a copy" Step 3: After making a new copy, rename the resume template Type in your participant's name Step 4: Open the file and fill out the form with your participant's information Examples of skills and abilities: 1) Customer service 2) Attention to detail 3)Teamwork 4) Organization 5) Reliable 6 Willing to learn new tasks 7) Adaptability to changes Note for coaches: Only use the participant's CM email created. Do not use the participant’s phone number. Use the participant’s Caseload manager’s number. If you don’t know, contact the Scheduling Department. Education: Start with Clear Motivations' work training program and then high school. Work experience: Start with their current job or internship site. If needed, reach out to the Scheduling Department to get that information. Internship sites count as work experience, too. Include if your participant is bilingual.

Welcome Motivators to CM's Pre-Onboarding We are delighted to have you on board and as part of our team! Please complete the following steps before your orientation. Onboarding must be completed on a desktop/laptop. It CANNOT be completed on your cell phone! Do you have what it takes to be a Motivator? Step 1: Job Description Agreement Completed Timeero, Gusto, Spaces & CamScanner Step 4: Downloading Apps These apps will be covered in detail when you are in orientation. Please be prepared by downloading the apps and watching the tutorials! Clear Motivations participants are equipped with the skills to thrive in today’s workforce. Each participant receives on-the-job training and ongoing support from a professional job coach. They've also completed an internship program focused on six key qualities of successful employees: Strong work ethic Dependability Positive attitude Self-motivation Team orientation Effective communication What types of positions can participants fill? Our participants are open and eager to learn in a wide variety of roles. Current positions held by participants include: Office Clerk Food Prep/Cook Service Assistant Store Associate Backroom Associate Dishwasher/Maintenance If you have a position available, there’s a good chance we have a participant who is ready to work! What is their availability? Availability varies by individual, but many of our participants have flexible or full availability. We will work with you to find a participant whose schedule aligns with your needs. Do I have to pay the job coach? No. Clear Motivations employs job coaches directly. We handle all insurance and related fees. Coaches are there solely to support the participant and ensure a smooth onboarding and workplace experience. Do I need special training to work with someone who has a disability? Not at all. Our job coaches are trained to provide that support. As an employer, you are responsible for treating the participant like any other employee. We’ll ensure the coaching and support structure is behind the scenes. Is there a minimum or maximum number of hours the participant must work? No. There are no required minimum or maximum work hours. Most participants are looking for part-time work, but we can help you find someone whose availability matches your needs. I’m interested in hiring a CM participant. What’s the next step?
